Ferrari 250 GT/Lusso – #5031

Toy

Actually, we like them original, especially with the Ferrari is radical because sometimes a little fussy. We then have no problem if the vehicle is consistent – and is not to be sold for something it is not. This Lusso now, #5031, is definitely very consistent. And it makes no secret of the fact that it wants to be a track-day toy first and foremost. And has been since the late 80s. The car was delivered to Maranello Concessionaires, Ferrari’s representative in London, on 2 October 1963, who used the then blue #5031 as a demonstration vehicle. In 1964, the Ferrari was sold and in 1988 it came into the possession of Laurence C. Bristow, who had it converted into a vehicle for historic races in accordance with FIA regulations. And that’s exactly how it still looks today, just in green. But very cool.

We have more Lusso: here. More Ferrari in the archive.
