The review
There are actually not that many new stories on “radical” this week, but we were also on the road a lot. Which in turn will lead to more stories in the near future. We promised last week that we would write something about the new Subaru BRZ, the only one in Europe at the moment by the way, and we kept that promise. This even with a little comparison with its brother, the Toyota GR86:

What we can also offer quite exclusively is a first driving report of the BMW i7. The design is of course debatable, and the e-technology is also rather conservative – but we were very pleasantly surprised by the driving pleasure.

Our test of the Alfa Romeo Tonale was very detailed. No wonder, we also drove it over 5000 kilometres in the 160 hp version. This story is also about expectations, i.e. what do we expect from an Alfa Romeo – and what from a (decent) SUV?

Last week we published a large dossier on Chinese manufacturers, which can be viewed here. There we also linked to stories on individual brands. Since these stories were not allowed to be prominently displayed on the front page, we will refer to them individually in the coming weeks, especially when there is an update, as in the case of BYD.

When it comes to the classics, we are currently deep into the history of AC Cars. Of course, everyone thinks of the Cobra first; we do too. So we’re diving deeper, after the Mk I we’ve now started a collection of the Mk II. What the differences are, you will find out just there:

But we also have a very special Mk I, keyword “Dragonsnake” – you should take a look at it, not only because of its unique paint job:

And finally, there was the auction of the unique “Gran Turismo Collection” in London at the weekend. We took a closer look and made a brief assessment. As soon as the results are official, we will post them.

Speaking of collections: We can present additions to the Porsche 911 Carrera RS 2.7, Bugatti EB110, Ferrari F40, Lancia Delta S4 and the very, very rare Ferrari 250 GTZ.
Stay cool with us! Recommend us to others. Thank you.
