Zur Erklärung: Von den Lamborghini Miura P400 gab es drei Serien. Klar, zuerst die frühen Modelle, zu sehen: hier. Dann gab es jene, welche die Fach-Literatur als P400 «thicker chassis gauge» bezeichnet – die Chassisrohre wurden stabiler, von 0,9 mm auf 1 mm verstärkt. Man findet diese Fahrzeuge: hier. In dieser Liste beschäftigen wir uns mit dem P400, die als «reinforced chassis» bezeichnet werden; es handelt sich hierbei um weitere Verstärkungen im vorderen Aufbau des Wagens. Wie man weiss, hatten die frühen Miura die Tendenz, bei höheren Geschwindigkeiten vorne etwas gar leicht zu werden; mit dem «reinforced chassis» wurde diese Schwäche behoben.
